A Node can have child nodes, which are transformed together with its parent. So if you move/rotate/scale a node, its children will move along.
To select child nodes you can isolate the parent node, or you can select it from the list of children in the [Inspector].
To add a child node just create a new one while the desired parent node is isolated.
